This policy outlines the terms for returning and receiving warranty coverage on products purchased from Ralakde Automation, a trading name of Ralakde Ltd.
Because Ralakde Automation is not an authorized dealer for many of the products we sell, the manufacturer's warranty may not apply. However, we offer our own 2-Year Warranty on all items.
If customers are dissatisfied, order incorrectly, or no longer require the product, they can return any reconditioned, used surplus, or faulty surplus product they purchased from Ralakde Automation within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Any returns that are not warrantied will incur a 30% restocking fee. Ralakde Automation does not accept returns for reconditioned items, used, or faulty surplus products due to the cosmetic condition of the product, packaging, or date of manufacture. We will only issue refunds for reconditioned, used, or faulty surplus after we receive and test the product.
New products sold by Ralakde Automation are subject to the original manufacturer's return policy. Return eligibility and fees vary by manufacturer. Certain manufacturers might prohibit returns after placing the order. Contact our sales team for details on a specific item's return policy. We'll do our best to help, but any charges will be your responsibility.

You must return items in their original condition and include the RMA number. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Ralakde Automation is not an "authorized" dealer of surplus products, so the manufacturer's guarantee may not be applicable. Nevertheless, the 2-year warranty offered by Ralakde is applicable, as detailed below.
Ralakde Automation guarantees that our products will be defect-free for two years from the invoice date. This warranty only applies if the products are stored, installed, handled, operated, or used under normal conditions.

For warranty claims, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). RMA is mandatory for all returns.
The cost of shipping is your responsibility when returning items for warranty claims.
Free of charge, we will repair or replace any defective products or components. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will credit the purchase price to your account.
Within the warranty period, you must submit warranty claims along with the returned product and RMA number.
The manufacturer's repair warranty may not be applicable to items repaired by Ralakde Automation, as we are not an affiliated service center. Nevertheless, they are protected by our two-year warranty.
Repaired items are covered by our 2-year warranty in the same way as new products. It is applicable for a period of two years from the date of the invoice, provided that the repaired items are being used under normal circumstances. This warranty is nontransferable without our written authorization and replaces any manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty is issued by Ralakde Automation, and you cannot transfer it to someone else without our written consent.

United Kingdom law governs all sales and services, irrespective of any conflicting laws.
Venue: The state or federal court closest to Ralakde Automation's main office in the United Kingdom will hear any disputes arising from this agreement.
Personal Jurisdiction: Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
You warrant that you comply with all applicable UK and local regulations for exporting goods. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance.
These terms constitute the entire agreement for this transaction, except for product/service descriptions and pricing. The agreement is also subject to our credit agreement (if applicable), invoice, and order confirmation.
Any unenforceable part of this agreement will not impact the remaining terms.
Risk of Loss
Upon delivery to the carrier, the products are at your own risk.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Export Regulation
Any violation of export regulations will render this transaction unlawful and unenforceable.
Amendments and Waivers
Both parties must sign any written modifications to this agreement.
Neither party can assign their rights under this agreement without the other's written consent.
Any waivers are valid only for the specific instance and purpose stated.
Failure to exercise any rights or enforce any conditions does not constitute a waiver.
Customer Credits
After one year, customer credits from product returns expire.
