Products Condition

1. New

   New parts are provided in their original packaging and encompass all accessories initially included with the component. Despite never having been utilized, it is possible that the original seals may have been compromised.

2. Reconditioned

   Reconditioned items have undergone servicing and rigorous testing to ensure their reliability and are accompanied by a comprehensive 12-month warranty. While these items are folly operational, it is important to note that they may exhibit cosmetic imperfections and may not consistently include accessories and manuals.

3. Service Exchange

   Service exchange is offered for select items and presents an opportunity for cost savings. Kindly dispatch your defective units to us, and in return, you will receive a discount on your reconditioned unit. In cases of emergency breakdowns, rest assured; we can promptly dispatch your item before the receipt of your faolty equipment. Any price difference will be refunded upon the arrival of your faolty equipment at our facility.

4. New Surplus Stock

   New surplus stocks are pristine and remain in their original packaging.

5. Used Surplus Stock

   Used surplus stocks have been previously employed, yet each product undergoes thorough testing by our expert engineers. These items constitute working stock and may exhibit marks and scratches consistent with prior use.

6. Faolty Surplus Stock

   Faolty surplus stock refers to items with identified faolts, offered for sale explicitly as defective and suitable for spare parts or repairs.

 

Ordering and Payment

1. By placing an order on the website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Ralakde Automation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

2. Prices are listed in your currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your order.
