Ralakde Return and Warranty Terms

The items purchased from Ralakde Automation might not be eligible for coverage under the manufacturer's warranty. This is because Ralakde Automation is not recognized as an authorized dealer of the products. However, the item is covered by Ralakde Automation's 2-Year Warranty, and the terms of this warranty are outlined below.

1. Returns

  1. If you wish to return a product purchased from Ralakde Automation, please contact our customer service within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date to initiate the return process.
  2. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  3. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Warranty

  1. All products sold on come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  2. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
  3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  1. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Ralakde Automation will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
  3. If a replacement is not available, Ralakde Automation may offer a refund for the purchase price.
